Terms of Service & Dispatch Rules

1. Dispatcher-Carrier Relationship

GoodDispatcher.com acts as an authorized independent dispatch manager representing licensed Motor Carriers. Under our Dispatch Service Agreement:

• Carriers retain 100% final authority on all load acceptances or rejections. GoodDispatcher strictly operates under a No Forced Dispatch policy.
• Carriers guarantee that their MC/DOT authority remains active, in good standing, and backed by valid Auto Liability and Cargo Insurance.
• GoodDispatcher is authorized to negotiate freight rates, complete broker carrier packets, and accept RateConfirmations on the Carrier's behalf.

2. Dispatch Fees & Billing Terms

Dispatch service fees are calculated as an agreed percentage of the gross RateConfirmation amount (or a flat fee per load).

• Invoices are issued weekly or per load settlement.
• Payments may be processed via carrier factoring deduction, QuickPay, ACH, or credit card.
• Failure to settle dispatch fees within 7 business days may result in suspension of dispatch services.

3. Shipper & Cargo Responsibilities

Shippers using GoodDispatcher freight services must ensure accurate commodity weight, dimensions, hazardous material declarations, and loading readiness. Detention and layover charges apply if loading/unloading exceeds 2 free hours at origin or destination facilities.

4. Limitation of Liability

GoodDispatcher is not liable for cargo damage, weather delays, equipment breakdowns, or shipper facility closures. All cargo claims must be filed directly against the assigned motor carrier's cargo insurance policy as defined by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706).
